I require an application to be filled out to be put on a list to purchase a puppy. Applications can be found under Available puppies. Applications do not guarantee you a puppy, it gets you pre approved to be put on a list to purchase a puppy.
Applicants will be contacted shortly before puppies are due. Deposits will be accepted after I have official prices on each puppy (this can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks old). Deposits are non refundable. I strongly suggest driving or flying in cabin with your puppy. It is a lot less stressful on them and it gives you an opportunity to see where your puppy comes from as well. I am roughly 3 hours from the Chicago airport and the Des Moines airport. We also have a local airport here in the Quad Cities. Puppies must be paid in full before they can leave and a contract must be signed. They will be up to date on vaccines, wormed, and microchipped. All puppies are checked by a vet before they leave and will come with health records. Per the contract, I expect all puppies to be seen by the new owners personal veterinarian within 72 hours. Please make sure you schedule this ahead of time if you don't think your vet will be able to get you in with that short of notice. |
